RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for visiting Sunshine Daydream Designs.

Please take a moment to review our return policies, as well as information regarding estimated shipping and processing times.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS 

- Prior to ordering an item, please refer to the size measurements given on the product listing. If you have questions about the sizing, please reach out to us, we’d be happy to take additional measurements or provide stock photos.

 

-At this time, Sunshine Daydream Designs is only accepting exchanges for ready-made items that are available in the shop within 7 days of receipt.

 

- Item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were originally received in.

This includes: in the original new, unworn, unlaundered condition received in and unused condition (free of pet hair, perfumes, smoke, etc.).

 

- Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs associated with the return process. No shipping or handling charges will be refunded.

 

- Store credit will be issued only after the item(s) intended for return are received by Sunshine Daydream Designs and upon full inspection demonstrate to be in the same condition as at the time of delivery to buyer.

 

-In the event of receiving a damaged item, we are more than happy to replace it. Please provide photographic proof of the damage/defect within 48 hours of order delivery.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS —

Non-refundable products include: 

- All custom tie dye orders 

- All clearance items are final sale and non-returnable
